{BLACKHAWK MINISTRIES} GLOW Easter Egg Hunt 2022

Blackhawk Ministries | GLOW Easter Egg Hunt | April, 16, 2022 | 11am-1pm

It takes over 70 self-less volunteers(younger and older), over 10,000 easter eggs, glow lights for days and 1,000 hot dogs to provide the church kiddos of Blackhawk and the Fort Wayne community with an unforgettable GLOW Easter Egg Hunt! The number of people who have served leading up to the event(filling eggs etc) and those who served today, just blows my mind and we are grateful!

Our kids have been looking forward to this Easter Egg hunt for weeks now, and last week, as a family, we handed out candy bags and Saturday Egg Hunt/Easter Sunday information to our neighbors. Although Koontz was not sure about the giant duck and his fuzzy bunny ears… getting to greet all the kiddos was the highlight of his day!

We were happy that approx 900 people, in total, attended! At 11:30am the preschool egg hunt took place and at 12:30pm the elementary egg hunt took place….eggs were filled with candy, stickers and full-size candy prize tickets… with plenty to do in between: time with the giant duck, daisy. selfie photo booth, outdoor play/bubbles, moon walk and hot dog/chips.
